岗位职责
复杂系统UX设计:负责核心系统的交互逻辑设计(如:商店、交易、赛季玩法等),需要将复杂的数值和机制转化为直观、易懂的操作流程。
暗黑美学UI视觉: 设计符合“暗黑奇幻”世界观的高品质界面,熟练运用金属、石材、羊皮纸、血液、玻璃等材质表现,打造具有厚重感和历史感的拟物化UI。
跨平台体验(PC & Console): 针对键鼠和手柄两种操作模式进行差异化设计,确保复杂的UI在手柄操作下依然顺滑。
动效与反馈: 设计UI的动态效果(如:技能冷却的流光、升级时的金属撞击感、血球的液体流动),增强操作的打击感和反馈。
跨职能协作:与策划、程序、美术紧密配合,确保设计方案在技术可行性与艺术风格上的统一,推动设计落地并跟进迭代。
Complex System UX Design: Design interaction logic for core systems (e.g., Store, Trading, Season Mechanics), transforming complex numerical values and mechanisms into intuitive, easy-to-understand operational workflows.
Dark Aesthetic UI Visuals: Create high-quality interfaces aligned with the "dark fantasy" worldview, proficiently using materials like metal, stone, parchment, blood, and glass to craft skeuomorphic UIs with a sense of heaviness and historical depth.
Cross-Platform Experience (PC & Console): Conduct differentiated design for keyboard-mouse and controller operation modes, ensuring smooth navigation of complex UIs even with controller input.
Motion Effects & Feedback: Design dynamic UI effects (e.g., flowing light for skill cooldowns, metallic impact sensations during level-ups, liquid flow in health orbs) to enhance the sense of impact and feedback in operations.
Cross-Functional Collaboration: Closely collaborate with planners, programmers, and artists to ensure design proposals align with technical feasibility and artistic style; drive design implementation and follow up on iterations.
岗位要求
经验:3-5年以上游戏UI/UX设计经验,至少参与过一款中重度游戏(MMO、ARPG、SLG)的完整开发。
精通Figma/Photoshop/Illustrator等设计工具,熟练输出交互原型、设计规范及标注文档。
手柄适配经验:有主机游戏UI开发经验,深谙手柄交互逻辑。
具备良好的逻辑思维能力和解决问题的能力,责任心强,善于沟通。
参与过PoE like的ARPG的UI/UX设计或者活跃于游戏玩家社区,能从玩家视角预判体验痛点。
能用英语交流者优先。
Experience: 3–5+ years of game UI/UX design experience, with participation in the full development cycle of at least one mid-to-heavyweight game (MMO, ARPG, SLG).
Tools Proficiency: Mastery of design tools such as Figma, Photoshop, and Illustrator; skilled in delivering interactive prototypes, design specifications, and annotation documents.
Controller Adaptation Experience: Experience in console game UI development and deep understanding of controller interaction logic.
Soft Skills: Strong logical thinking and problem-solving abilities; highly responsible and excellent in communication.
Experience in UI/UX design for PoE-like ARPGs, or active engagement in gaming communities with the ability to anticipate user experience pain points from a player’s perspective.
English proficiency for communication is preferred.
