By accessing or using MorningHire, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use the platform. Your continued use of MorningHire constitutes acceptance of any updates or modifications to these terms.
2. Use of the Platform
MorningHire provides a job board platform connecting job seekers with employers. You agree to use the platform only for lawful purposes and in accordance with these terms. You may not use MorningHire to post misleading, fraudulent, or discriminatory content, or to scrape, harvest, or collect data without authorization.
3. User Accounts
To access certain features, you must create an account and provide accurate, complete information. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account. You must notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account.
4. Job Listings & Applications
Employers are responsible for the accuracy and legality of their job listings. Job seekers are responsible for the accuracy of information provided in their applications. MorningHire does not guarantee the accuracy of listings or the outcome of any application. We reserve the right to remove any listing that violates these terms or applicable law.
5. Intellectual Property
All content, trademarks, and intellectual property on MorningHire are owned by or licensed to us. You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works from our content without express written permission. Content you submit to the platform remains yours, but you grant us a non-exclusive license to display and distribute it in connection with the service.
6. Limitation of Liability
MorningHire is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the platform. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid us, if any, in the twelve months preceding the claim. We do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free service.
7. Termination
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account at any time for violation of these terms or for any other reason at our discretion. Upon termination, your right to use the platform ceases immediately. Provisions that by their nature should survive termination will remain in effect.
8. Changes to Terms
We may update these terms from time to time. We will notify users of material changes by posting the updated terms on this page with a new effective date. Your continued use of MorningHire after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
