The role
We are searching for a self-directed and experienced Senior Accountant to oversee all financial and accounting activities reporting to the Director of Finance.
The successful candidate will be responsible for cash management, financial analysis, payroll, forecasting, accounts payable, financial reporting, audit and tax support, and will play a key role in closing our books in a timely manner.

Your day to day
Maintain general ledger, prepare month end journal entries, account reconciliations, and flux analysis
Compile and analyze consolidated financial reporting packages
Prepare monthly and annual operating budgets
Develop and manage financial controls by the companys procedures
Manage the preparation of payroll for personnel
Protect assets by establishing, monitoring, and enforcing internal controls
Monitor and confirms financial condition by conducting internal audit; providing information to external auditors
Perform ad-hoc analysis by establishing schedules, collecting, analyzing, and consolidating financial data
Provide status of financial condition by collecting, interpreting, and reporting financial data to management
Prepare consolidation statutory and US GAAP reports, financial statements, and taxes for the companies including intercompany allocations
Protect operations by keeping financial information and plans confidential
Contribute to team effort by accomplishing related results as needed
Qualifications
Bachelors Degree in Business Management (Accounting)
Accounting designation CPA
Minimum 2-3 years of accounting experience in Big4 accounting firms and at least one role as a controller or equivalent in an international (high-tech) company
Knowledge of the consolidation of financial statements and Israeli tax reports
Management of at least 1-2 bookkeepers – advantage
Knowledge in financial software “Priority” - advantage
Strong interpersonal and communication skills
Impeccable analytical and organizational skills
Self-motivated and self-directed
Experience in managing processes, developing standardized procedures, analyzing financial data and accounting metrics and performance management
