About the department
The Institutional Client Reporting team, part of Global Operations, delivers scheduled reporting for institutional clients investing in Franklin Templeton products. The team ensures accurate, timely reporting while supporting client queries, ad hoc requests, and meeting materials. Team members work closely with performance, accounting, investment, sales, and operations partners, contributing to a collaborative, process-driven environment focused on high service quality and continuous improvement.
How you will add value
Core Responsibilities
You will deliver periodic client reports accurately and on time.
You will produce automated reports using specialized reporting platforms.
You will prepare manual reports for non-standard client requests.
Strategic Responsibilities
You will identify opportunities to improve reporting quality and efficiency.
You will support process improvement initiatives and system enhancements.
Team & Collaboration
You will collaborate with client service and reporting teams globally.
You will communicate effectively with internal business partners.
You will support business continuity through cross-training.
Regulatory & Data Quality
You will deliver regulatory reports, including EMIR and MiFID II.
You will review data quality and help resolve reporting discrepancies.
What will help you be successful in this role
Experience & Education
0–2 years of experience in the financial services industry.
Demonstrated strong and consistent
Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience required.
Master’s degree or MBA preferred.
Technical Skills
Proficiency in Microsoft Outlook, Word, PowerPoint, Excel.
Advanced Excel and PowerPoint knowledge preferred.
Experience with SharePoint application development is an advantage.
Familiarity with Alteryx, Tableau, Xceptor, RPA, or Power BI is an advantage.
Soft Skills
Strong attention to detail and ability to meet tight deadlines.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
Ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
Ability to build effective relationships with our internal and external partners.
Strong verbal and written English skills.
