Job Description
At FIS, our technology and our people are moving forward. We advance the way the world pays, banks and invests. We believe in building inclusive, diverse teams. Together, we innovate to help our colleagues, clients and communities succeed. If you're ready to grow your career and make an impact in fintech, we have one question: Are you FIS?
About the role:
FIS is seeking a Sales Operations Transformation Lead to drive end‑to‑end transformation across our global go‑to‑market organization. This role sits within Revenue Operations and is responsible for deeply understanding how Sales and RevOps operate today, identifying friction and inefficiencies, and designing scalable, future‑state processes supported by data, technology, and automation at scale.
This is a highly visible role for a hands‑on professional who combines Sales Operations domain expertise with process engineering rigor. This role partners closely with Sales, Finance, Strategy, Sales Technology, AI, and Enablement teams to ensure that process redesigns directly improve seller productivity, forecasting accuracy, compensation effectiveness, and overall GTM execution.
What you will be doing:
RevOps Transformation & Process Excellence:
Map and document current‑state (as‑is) processes across pipeline management, forecasting, territory/coverage, deal execution, commissions, and reporting.
Conduct root‑cause analysis to identify bottlenecks, inefficiencies, handoff gaps, and data/process breakdowns across teams.
Translate process insights into clear, prioritized transformation roadmaps with defined milestones and success metrics.
GTM Execution, Analytics & Enablement:
Support end-to-end RevOps processes including pipeline governance, forecasting cadence, territory and coverage planning, and sales performance reporting.
Improve operational efficiency by diagnosing process gaps and implementing scalable workflows.
Sales Commission Design & Incentive Management:
Support design and rollout of compensation plans including quotas, accelerators, SPIFs, and incentives.
AI Tools & Program Support:
Partner with Sales Technology and AI teams to translate process designs into automated workflows, AI‑enabled solutions, and scalable RevOps capabilities.
Identify opportunities where automation, AI insights, or agentic workflows can reduce manual effort and improve decision‑making.
Support AI program management through structured tracking, stakeholder coordination, and progress reporting.
Executive Communication & Storytelling:
Prepare executive‑ready presentations that clearly articulate current state, key issues, recommended solutions, required investments, and expected impact.
Build business cases that quantify benefits, costs, and ROI of proposed process and technology changes.
Support change management and adoption efforts to ensure redesigned processes are embedded and sustained.
What you will need:
Bachelor's degree in Business, STEM, Economics, or related analytical discipline.
5-8+ years in Sales Operations, Revenue Operations, Management Consulting or related GTM roles.
Proven expertise in process mapping, root‑cause analysis, and future‑state process design.
Strong communication and PowerPoint storytelling capability.
Strong analytical skills with experience in CRM, CRMA/Tableau/Power BI, Excel, and operational reporting.
Ability to translate complex operational analysis into clear, executive‑level narratives and recommendations.
Comfort working cross‑functionally in ambiguous, fast‑paced environments with multiple stakeholders.
Relentless ownership mindset — spots problems early, pulls into them, and drives solutions end‑to‑end without needing direction.
Added bonus if you have:
MBA or Master's degree in a technical or quantitative field
Experience with AI tools, workflow automation, or AI program management.
Exposure to broader GTM tech stack (Salesforce, Seismic, Outreach, CPQ).
Lean Six Sigma, BPM or formal process improvement certification.
Experience managing or influencing sales compensation design.
What we offer you:
At FIS, we are as committed to growing our employees’ careers as our own business. We offer:
Opportunities to innovate in fintech.
Inclusive and diverse team atmosphere.
Professional and personal development resources.
Competitive salary and benefits.
