They lead a team of Regional Vice Presidents and will work with other members of the sales leadership team to ensure the overall quota is met. To be successful in this role, you need: Lead a team of up to 4 Regional Vice Presidents or Account Executives and their teams Accountable for the total business results of all subordinates Participates in defining territories, assigning quotas, and determining target accounts Mentors and coaches team members and assists their sales cycles Basic qualifications: Bachelor's Degree in business or a related field 10+ years direct sales experience and 7+ years in enterprise software sales as a sales team leader Experience on selling in the SLED space, specifically focused in the State and Local space Working knowledge of business process automation with a history of qualifying client solution areas and orchestrating multi departmental solution sales Working knowledge of solution selling methodology and practice Must be within Greater DC area Tools and Resources Training and Development: During onboarding, we focus on equipping new hires with the skills and knowledge for success through department-specific training.
