About the Role We are looking for a high-bandwidth, craft-oriented Recruiter to partner with our Senior Design Recruiter and Design Hiring managers in scaling Verkada’s Product Design department from 30 to 46+ people. You will own the end-to-end lifecycle for specialized roles across UX Design, Industrial Design, and Packaging Design, ensuring we maintain an elite talent bar while expanding our footprint in the SF Bay Area and Taiwan. What You'll Do Hunt for top design talent, including full-stack Product Designers, Design Systems experts, Packaging Design specialists and more Shape and iterate our recruiting processes, working alongside Designers and Leadership Coordinate Interviews for our UX and Industrial Design team, from screens to on-site interviews across global timezones. Grow into full-cycle recruiter, owning end-to-end process Deliver a high touch, high-quality transparent, and honest candidate experience. Act as a brand ambassador for Verkada’s design team, ensuring every candidate—regardless of the outcome—has a world-class experience. What You Bring Experienced in high-volume sourcing environments. With that in mind, we carefully consider a number of factors to determine the appropriate starting pay for an employee, including their primary work location and an assessment of a candidate's skills and experience, as well as market demands and internal parity. A Verkada employee may be eligible for additional forms of compensation, depending on their role, including sales incentives, discretionary bonuses, and/or equity in the company in the form of restricted stock units (RSUs) Below is the annual on-target earnings (OTE) range for full-time employees for this position, comprised of base compensation and commissions (if applicable).
