We’re looking for a strategic, organized, and data-driven Brand Manager to lead our Cough, Allergy, and Nasal portfolio in Austria.You’ll be responsible for the performance, growth, and brand equity of the portfolio locally. From shaping strategy to executing campaigns and working with cross-functional teams, you’ll play a central role in bringing our brands to life in the Austrian market. You’ll collaborate closely with local and international teams and report to the Western Europe Zone Brand Leads.
Main responsibilities:
Shape the strategy
Develop and execute local brand strategies aligned with global priorities while adapting them to Austrian market dynamics.
Drive commercial performance
Take ownership of the brand P&L, driving growth through effective marketing, pricing, and innovation.
Turn insights into action
Use consumer and market insights to identify growth opportunities and keep our brands relevant for different consumer segments.
Lead impactful campaigns
Adapt and roll out integrated omnichannel campaigns across digital, traditional media, and healthcare professionals. Lead external agencies and vendors to develop strong creative assets and media plans.
Manage the portfolio
Oversee the product portfolio, including launches, line extensions, and optimizations.
Collaborate across teams
Work closely with sales, medical, regulatory, supply chain, finance to bring brand plans to life.
Ensure compliance
Make sure all activities meet local regulatory and ethical standards.
About you:
Experience: 2+ years of knowledge in brand management, ideally in OTC, FMCG, or healthcare.
Skills: Strong organizational and prioritization skills, a data-driven and consumer-focused mindset, a great communication and collaboration skill set as well as experience managing P&L and working in international environments
Education: Bachelor’s degree in marketing, Business, or a related field (advanced degree is a plus).
Languages: Fluent German and strong English
