The role: We’re looking for a strategic, organized, and data-driven Brand Manager to lead our Cough and Allergy portfolio in Switzerland. You’ll be responsible for the performance, growth, and brand equity of the portfolio locally. From shaping strategy to executing campaigns and working with cross-functional teams, you’ll play a central role in bringing our brands to life in the Swiss market. You’ll collaborate closely with local and international teams and report to the Western Europe Zone Brand Leads.
Main responsibilities:
Own the Strategy: Take global ideas and make it Swiss. You’ll decide how we show up in local pharmacies and on local screens.
Run the Numbers: You’ll own the P&L. You’ll track the budget like a hawk and find new ways to grow our market share.
Campaign Creator: From digital ads to working with healthcare pros, you’ll lead omnichannel campaigns that actually get noticed.
Insight Hunter: You’ll dive into data to understand what Swiss consumers really want and use those "aha!" moments to drive sales.
Team Player: You’ll be the bridge between sales, medical, and regulatory teams. You’re the glue that keeps the brand together.
About you:
Experience: 3+ years experience in brand management, ideally in OTC, FMCG, or healthcare. Practice in managing P&L and working in international environments.
Skills: Strong organizational and prioritization skills, a data-driven and consumer-focused mindset as well as great communication and collaboration skills.
Education: Bachelor’s degree in marketing, Business, or a related field (advanced degree is a plus).
Languages: Fluent German and strong English + French or any other local language as a strong plus.
