Position: Brand Manager - Dulcolax ID and PH
Reporting to: Zone Brand Lead Dulcolax
Location: Jakarta, Indonesia

Responsible for strategizing and localizing Dulcolax global brand strategy for Indonesia and Philippines. The role ensures that global direction is translated into strong, relevant, and insight‑driven plans that drive growth, strengthen brand equity, and deliver effective go‑to‑market execution.
This role manages brand performance, campaign development, innovation rollout, and cross‑functional coordination for both countries. Working closely with Sales, Medical, Regulatory, Supply Chain, and agency partners.
Brand Performance
Own brand P&L of local markets and drive profitability.
Define brand ambition in long-term. Drive market share gain and brand consideration.
Drive brand love, brand health and brand imagery.
Provides input on brand budgeting (esp. net sales & A&P allocation) and performance KPIs.
Tracks monthly performance at country level and set-up corrective action plan if required.
Participates in local monthly IBP (S&OP) cycle to ensure gatekeep brand performance.
Brand Strategy
Defines the brand strategic pillars and business objectives of Dulcolax in Indonesia and Philippines based on local consumers, shoppers and HCPs insights.
Understand the consumer, shopper and HCP journey and define the leveraging points to influence brand choices.
Defines local shopper strategy, the right channel segmentations, shopper activations and messages.
Defines country demand & provide competitive intelligent. Define the key winning edges of our brand vs. competitions.
Brand Management
Contributes to brand campaign strategy, then localizes based on country specificities and manages campaign execution at country level.
Localizes brand assets to ensure it taps local insights.
Localizes content liaising with MRL for approval.
Executes brand plan & budget, esp. by designing winning adaptation of priority initiatives in local markets, based on local consumer & shopper insights.
Innovation Rollout and Support
Helps identify, assess, and validate innovation opportunities across responsible markets.
Coordinate with cross‑functional teams (Regulatory, Supply, Sales, Medical, Finance) to ensure smooth and timely rollout of new product launches.
Leads in preparing go‑to‑market plans, launch materials, and local market adaptation needs for upcoming innovations.
Track readiness status across markets, highlight risks or delays, and support mitigation planning.
Monitor early launch performance and gather insights to recommend improvements for future rollouts.
Education and Knowledge
5–8 years of experience in Brand Management, Marketing, or related commercial roles, preferably in FMCG or FMCH industries.
Solid marketing knowledge with experience in brand planning, campaign development, and innovation support.
Strong analytical, communication, and project‑management skills, with the ability to work effectively across cross‑functional teams.
Bachelor’s degree in marketing, Business, Management, or a related field.
Experience working with multi‑market teams or regional structures is an advantage; exposure to eCommerce or Sales is a plus.
