About the role:
As a Business Systems Analysis Analyst II, you will act as a client consultant and project analyst, supporting financial institutions in optimizing and evolving their systems.
You will work closely with clients who submit queries and change requests related to their environments. Your role will be to analyze their needs, investigate solutions, and provide well‑thought‑through responses and recommendations. This position requires a strong analytical mindset, curiosity, and persistence — we are looking for people who enjoy solving complex problems and don’t give up easily. The role is aligned with UK working hours.
What you will be doing:
Act as a trusted technical consultant and main point of contact for assigned clients
Analyze client queries and business requirements, and translate them into technical solutions
Respond to client requests (incidents, enhancements, change requests) with a solution-oriented approach
Support system changes, configurations and releases (low to medium complexity)
Collaborate with internal teams on projects and system improvements
Ensure service quality and SLA adherence
Maintain accurate system and client documentation
Participate in audits and internal initiatives
What you will need:
Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Data Management, IT or similar — or strong analytical skills developed in practice
Around 1–2 years of experience (junior profile) in IT, systems analysis, or financial services
Strong logical thinking and problem-solving skills
Motivation to learn and develop into an independent specialist (typically 3–5 years to gain full autonomy in this role)
Ability to work with clients and communicate effectively
Good English skills (written and spoken)
Availability to work aligned with UK hours (09:00 am - 06:00 pm CET including 1 hour lunch break)

FIS is committed to providing its employees with an exciting career opportunity and competitive compensation. The pay range for this full-time position is 132,000 - 156,000 PLN gross annually and reflects the minimum and maximum target for new hire salaries for this position based on the posted role, level, and location. Within the range, actual individual starting pay is determined by additional factors, including job-related skills, experience, and relevant education or training. Any changes in work location will also impact actual individual starting pay. Please consult with your recruiter about the specific salary range for your preferred location during the hiring process.
