What this role is all about
As a Business Development Representative (BDR), you will focus on outbound prospecting and pipeline generation across assigned regions, industries, and target accounts. This is an individual contributor role within the regional sales structure, reporting directly to the Business Development Lead. You will identify new business opportunities, engage prospective customers through modern outreach channels, and generate qualified meetings that contribute directly to regional growth objectives.
The BDR role is also designed as a key talent development position within the commercial organization, offering strong exposure to Sales, Customer Facing teams, and strategic pipeline generation activities, while preparing you for future progression into Mid-Market and Tier 1 customer-facing roles.
What you’ll do
Execute outbound prospecting activities across assigned regions, industries, and target accounts
Engage prospective customers through email, phone, LinkedIn, and other digital outreach channels
Research target accounts, industries, and buying personas to identify new business opportunities
Generate qualified meetings and sales opportunities for Account Executives and Customer Facing teams
Collaborate with Regional Sales teams to support pipeline generation and strategic growth initiatives
Support regional and industry-focused outbound campaigns and initiatives
Maintain outreach sequences and engagement activities using approved tools and methodologies
Use prospecting and research tools to validate and enrich account and contact information
Maintain accurate prospect, account, and activity data within Salesforce and outreach platforms
Follow qualification standards and outreach best practices to ensure high-quality pipeline generation
Build knowledge of Infobip solutions, products, industries, and customer use cases
Collaborate with Marketing and Sales Enablement teams to improve outreach effectiveness and conversion rates
Utilize AI tools and automation to improve prospect research, productivity, and engagement quality
Participate in onboarding, coaching, and continuous learning initiatives

High-quality prospecting activity and outreach execution
Accurate and timely CRM updates and reporting discipline
Effective collaboration with Sales, Marketing, and Customer Facing teams

Strong written and verbal communication skills
Comfortable with outbound prospecting and structured outreach activities

Organized and detail-oriented, with strong CRM discipline

Interest in modern prospecting methodologies, AI tools, and sales technologies
Fluent English, spoken and written
