As part of the 737 Business Operations team, this leader will be responsible for North Line Integration as we build the first 737s ever outside of Renton. This leader will integrate with North Line Operations and Everett Site while ensuring stability and commonality with our Renton team.
Position Responsibilities:
Manages, develops and motivates employees performing North Line activities.
Lead integration with Everett site organizations and programs.
Develops and executes integrated organizational plans, policies and procedures and guides the development of business and technical strategies, goals, objectives.
Acquires resources for organizational activities, provides technical management of projects and leads process improvements.
Develops and maintains relationships and partnerships with customers, stakeholders, peers, partners, and direct reports.
Basic Qualifications (Required Skills/Experience):
10+ years of experience in program planning, project management, integrated scheduling, Industrial Engineering, Business Operations, and/or related disciplines in fast paced environments
Experience interfacing with senior and executive leadership, staying composed under pressure
Experience influencing and building strong relationships with stakeholders and partnerships across functions
Preferred Qualifications (Desired Skills/Experience):
Experience leading project management processes, continuous improvement, and tool development activities
Experience with creating or executing organizational management systems

Summary pay range: $146,160 - $172,960
