We are looking for a senior risk leader who has operated in a regulated, multi-jurisdictional financial services environment and has the credibility, pace, and ownership instinct to lead at ExCo level. Beyond the technical credentials, we are looking for someone whose operating style matches ours.
You will sit on ExCo and work in close partnership with the Founder and the broader leadership team. Your mandate is to lead the risk agenda end-to-end - setting the framework, building the function, engaging regulators proactively, and ensuring Capital.com grows fast without growing reckless. The risk function today comprises a central group team and local risk heads across key markets. It is in a build phase. You are inheriting the foundation and shaping what it becomes.
