What is The Role The Marketing Innovation team at Elastic builds the custom tools that power our global reach. Our flagship platform integrates campaign planning, reporting, and audience management into one seamless experience. We’re looking for a Full Stack Application Engineer to join our team and contribute to the development and scaling of this vision. What You Will Be Doing As a core member of our engineering group, you’ll dive into our React and TypeScript stack to develop and ship features that our marketing partners love. We value high-quality engineering and collaborative problem-solving. You’ll spend your time building modular components, contributing to our development lifecycle, and engaging in constructive code reviews. We are constantly looking for ways to consolidate tools and reduce SaaS dependencies, you'll play a vital role in building the next generation of natively integrated apps. What You Bring 3+ years of Full Stack experience: A strong foundation in React and TypeScript is essential. API & Integration Skills: You are comfortable managing application state and building reliable integrations with enterprise-grade APIs (experience with Workfront or Salesforce is a plus). A Collaborative Mindset: You enjoy working alongside Database Engineers, TPMs, and Senior Engineers to turn marketing requirements into clean, performant code. Technical Curiosity: You have a solid understanding of modern web standards and a desire to learn new technologies as our stack evolves. AI Interest: You are excited about the practical application of LLMs and are eager to help implement generative AI features within our internal tools. Bonus Points We’d love to hear if you have experience with Google Cloud (Cloud Functions/BigQuery), Next.js, or have experimented with integrating AI capabilities into web applications!
