If so, we want you to join our team as a People Partner II. This role is a 1 year fixed-term contract. What you'll do: Partner with site and functional leaders to align business objectives and serve as a consultant on people-related strategies. Build and maintain strong partnerships with organizational leaders, managers, and individual contributors. Drive organizational design, change management, talent development, employee engagement, and culture initiatives alongside leadership. Collaborate with internal People teams to execute corporate-wide initiatives and programs. Coach first-line and senior management through employee relations issues and internal processes. regularly assess organizational health to identify opportunities for efficiency and improvement. Constructively challenge the status quo to enhance outcomes and processes. Act as a liaison between the People Team and business stakeholders while championing company values. Ensure compliance with Polish labor laws and support external audits as required. Who you are: We are an AI-first company. Solid understanding of Polish labor law and general HR functional areas. Proven ability to consult with the business on recruiting, management, training, and leadership mentorship. Data-driven mindset with the ability to measure metrics and provide actionable insights. Strategic thinker who views technology as a tool to solve business problems. Strong communicator capable of breaking down complex concepts into simple actions. Critical thinker with effective problem-solving skills. Flexible work style, able to shift between strategic, operational, and tactical needs across all levels. A professional who operates with the utmost integrity and respect.
