We’re looking for a highly skilled PPC Specialist who genuinely loves paid advertising — someone who treats performance marketing as both a science and an art. You should be the kind of person who gets energy from optimization, understands how digital businesses really work, and takes pride in creating campaigns that reflect brand, strategy, and deep customer insight.
Your job is to build engine-room excellence in PPC performance.
This means:
Understanding the business (not just the keywords)
Switching off AI / auto-optimize features when needed to maintain brand consistency
Running tests with intention
Checking negative keywords daily
Refining messaging and creative strategically
Owning performance across all major platforms (Google Ads, LinkedIn Ads, Meta Ads, X/Twitter Ads)
We are looking for someone who is obsessed with detail, data-driven, and ready to bring craftsmanship back into PPC.
