We’d love to chat if you have: Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or equivalent — advanced degree preferred Minimum of 15 years of experience in fintech building at scale Hands-on in programming languages like Java, Python, or Go Proficient in cloud computing infrastructure and the underlying concepts Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment Strong communication (written and verbal) skills, with the ability to effectively convey complex concepts to technical and non-technical stakeholders Experience leveraging Gen AI technologies to accelerate software engineering by designing prompts, rigorously evaluating outputs, and integrating LLMs Public-facing impact (publications, talks, articles, open source contributions, etc.) is a big plus Visa Sponsorship: Please note that this position is not eligible for visa sponsorship. The estimated salary range for this role is noted below for our San Jose based role. Our ranges for each role and job level are based on a variety of factors including candidate experience, expertise, and geographic location and may vary from the amounts listed above. The role is also eligible for a competitive benefits package that includes: medical, dental, vision, life and disability insurance, 401(k) retirement plan, flexible spending & health savings account, paid holidays, paid time off, and other company benefits.
