Pendo is hiring a Senior Enterprise Account Executive in Munich, Germany to drive new business across our largest EMEA accounts. This role is built for high-performing enterprise sellers with a proven track record of closing $500K–$1M+ SaaS deals in start-up or high-growth environments. You’ll lead complex, multi-stakeholder sales cycles, selling cutting-edge Data & Analytics solutions powered by AI—backed by exciting product innovation and momentum at Pendo—while accelerating growth in one of our most strategic segments.
Key Responsibilities
Win new enterprise logos across Germany within Pendo’s most strategic segment
Lead complex, multi-stakeholder sales cycles from first engagement to close
Consistently deliver $500K–$1M+ SaaS deals
Build trusted relationships with C-level and senior decision-makers
Develop and execute clear, strategic account plans
Position Pendo’s AI-powered Data & Analytics platform as a critical driver of digital transformation
Collaborate cross-functionally to win and expand strategic accounts
Maintain accurate forecasting and disciplined pipeline management
Experience & Requirements
Strong track record of closing $500K–$1M+ enterprise SaaS deals
Experience selling into large, complex, matrix organisations
Background in Data, Analytics, AI, or enterprise technology solutions
Proven success in a start-up or high-growth environment
Confident engaging senior stakeholders and executive buyers
Structured, strategic, and highly self-driven
Fluent German and professional English
