The Global Field Enablement team
The Global Field Enablement team at Okta serves to build global enablement programs for sellers at scale. This team designs and executes initiatives focused on driving field effectiveness in role and meeting the objectives of the business.
The Field Enablement Reporting Analyst opportunity
Reporting to the Senior Manager, Enablement Systems & Analytics, this role will establish reporting frameworks, document and track KPIs, and lead workflow automation initiatives that streamline processes across reporting, programs, and team productivity. Partnering closely with the Field Enablement Analytics Manager, you will ensure our teams have the data and automation infrastructure needed to drive adoption, efficiency, and impact at scale.
This role is ideal for someone who thrives on building reliable reporting structures, enjoys solving operational challenges with automation, and is eager to apply new technologies, including AI, to increase efficiency and effectiveness.
What you’ll be doing
Build and maintain reporting frameworks across CRM, CMS, LMS, and other enablement systems
Develop dashboards in Tableau or similar BI tools, that provide visibility into program adoption, training completion, and content engagement
Document, track, and update KPIs to ensure alignment with business goals
Partner with the Field Enablement Analytics Manager to prepare reporting packages and deliver insights to stakeholders across Sales, Enablement, and Operations
Ensure reporting accuracy, consistency, and timelines across all projects
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand reporting and automation needs and deliver actionable outputs
Own the workflow automation for Field Enablement, including enhancements, reporting, and overall program management
Design, build, and document automation workflows that reduce manual effort and improve scalability
Drive opportunities to leverage AI tools and integrations to further improve efficiency and insights
What you’ll bring to the role & the experience we're looking for
Minimum 3+ years of experience in reporting or analytics focused roles supporting sales enablement and/or sales operations teams
In-depth experience working with BI and data warehouse tools including but not limited to Tableau and Snowflake
Experience with reporting for CRM, CMS, and LMS systems, ideally Salesforce, Highspot, and Cornerstone
Advanced Excel/Google Sheets skills with working knowledge of SQL
Demonstrated ability establishing and maintaining recurring reporting processes
Strong organizational skills and attention to detail, especially in KPI tracking and technical documentation
Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills, with the ability to engage and present findings clearly to non-technical audiences
Experience with Zapier or similar workflow automation tools, including the ability to design and maintain automations
Demonstrated ability to optimize AI-driven analysis, leveraging prompt engineering and workflow automation to generate actionable insights
Experience with modern AI platforms and tools (e.g., Snowflake AI, Google Gemini, NotebookLM) to synthesize complex data into clear, executive-level summaries
Exposure to SaaS or high-growth technology environments
Bachelor’s degree in Business, Data Science, Economics, or related field, or equivalent work experience
Additional skills that we value
Tableau and/or Snowflake certifications
Experience with API-level integrations and webhook-based automation
Experience operationalizing AI models into repeatable business workflows
Ability to quantify enablement ROI and attribution beyond surface-level adoption metrics
Experience designing analytics governance models in global organizations

Below is the annual base salary range for candidates located in California (excluding San Francisco Bay Area), Colorado, Illinois, New York and Washington. Your actual base salary will depend on factors such as your skills, qualifications, experience, and work location. In addition, Okta offers equity (where applicable), bonus, and benefits, including health, dental and vision insurance, 401(k), flexible spending account, and paid leave (including PTO and parental leave) in accordance with our applicable plans and policies. The annual base salary range for this position for candidates located in California (excluding San Francisco Bay Area), Colorado, Illinois, New York, and Washington is between:
$104,000—$156,000 USD
