Simplicity - Be like Einstein: “Everything should be made as simple as possible, but no simpler.” Qualifications 7-10+ years of experience in The United Kingdom in an execution-focused role in operations or expansion teams, preferably at a B2B Saas company Deep experience in UK HR, payroll and benefits experience Demonstrated project management skills working with multiple complex interdependent workstreams and organizing internal and external teams against tight deadlines Excellent interpersonal, communication, and problem-solving skills Experience understanding legal processes and regulations is a plus Specific experience in UK employer-of-record (EOR) and international products is a plus Ability to negotiate contracts with vendors and partners. #LI-Remote #LI-MM3 Actual compensation is based on multiple factors that are unique to each candidate, including and not limited to skill set, level of relevant experience, and specific work location.
