Bitsight is a cyber risk management leader transforming how companies manage exposure, performance, and risk for themselves and their third parties.
As we enter our next phase of platform evolution, we’re investing heavily in AI, harmonized data, and insight-driven workflows. We are looking for a Senior Product Manager to help shape how intelligent capabilities power the future of Third Party Risk Management (TPRM).
This is an opportunity to lead the evolution from workflow management to intelligent, action-oriented risk orchestration.
The Role
We’re looking for a Senior Product Manager for Bitsight’s Third Party Risk Management (TPRM) product line, with responsibility for core capabilities across our combined onboarding, assessment, and monitoring solution with a strong throughline of AI and agentic workflow. In this role you’ll be responsible for a critical portion of our product portfolio, driving customer outcomes through thoughtful prioritization, clear requirements, and strong collaboration with colleagues across R&D and our Go-To-Market teams. The ideal candidate is a doer - we’re looking for someone who is customer-obsessed, detail-oriented, and thrives in a fast-moving environment.
What You’ll Do
Define and execute the product roadmap based on customer needs, market trends, and business goals.
Translate strategy into actionable requirements and partner closely with engineering, UX, and customer-facing teams.
Engage directly with customers to understand their challenges and validate solutions.
Identify opportunities to apply AI, automation, and harmonized data models to reduce customer friction and increase workflow velocity.
Drive launches, adoption, and success metrics in partnership with marketing and sales.
Serve as the internal voice of the customer and subject-matter expert on third-party risk management.
Continuously analyze competitive and industry trends to inform roadmap decisions.
What You’ll Bring
Experience building AI-powered or ML-informed product capabilities.
Familiarity with recommendation systems, automation workflows, or agentic patterns.
Experience designing or managing products that surface insights and guide action (not just dashboards).
Background in GRC, Vendor Risk Management, Third-Party Risk, or analytics-driven enterprise platforms.
Why This Role Matters
Bitsight is evolving from delivering risk data to delivering intelligent, actionable guidance. In this role you will help define how AI enhances decision-making, reduces manual effort, and transforms TPRM into a more proactive, outcome-driven system.
You’ll play a key role in shaping how insight becomes action at scale.
