Job Description
Job Description:
We are seeking a Manager of Technical Account Management (TAM) to join our Technical Customer Operations team. If you are excited about partnering with some of the world’s largest companies, thrive on solving complex technical challenges while driving business growth, and enjoy building strong cross-functional relationships, this could be the role for you. We’re looking for someone who values collaboration, is eager to learn every day, and isn’t afraid to roll up their sleeves to deliver meaningful impact. If you’re motivated by ownership, problem-solving, and seeing the tangible results of your work, we’d love to hear from you.
As the primary technical point of contact for agencies, brands and media partners, you will serve as a trusted technical leader, owning complex conversations, resolving issues with confidence, and escalating only when truly necessary. You will be expected to quickly diagnose and troubleshoot technical challenges, identify root causes, and deliver clear, effective solutions, engaging Tier 2 Support or Product teams strategically rather than by default. Beyond hands-on technical leadership, you will lead and develop a team of experienced TAMs across Central and Eastern Europe. You will coach them to become highly trusted technical advisors, relied upon across the organisation for deep partnership insights and technology-driven updates. This requires close cross-functional collaboration with Product, Engineering, Product Marketing, Legal, Pricing, Technical Support, and other key stakeholders to ensure alignment and proactive communication.
Operating in a true player-coach capacity, you will directly support key accounts across the DACH and Eastern European markets while simultaneously developing your team to deliver world-class service. In partnership with the regional Commercial Revenue team, you will drive technical excellence that supports revenue growth, strengthens client relationships, and consistently exceeds KPIs aligned to IAS’s broader vision and mission.
