Position Summary: We are looking for a proactive and detail-oriented Recruitment Coordinator to join our growing People team. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment, enjoys juggling multiple priorities, and is passionate about creating a seamless candidate experience while also contributing to a vibrant and inclusive workplace culture in our new Denver office. This position will be based out of our Denver office. Candidates must be available to start work by 8 a.m. local time (10 a.m. EST). Position Responsibilities: Recruitment Operations Coordinate and schedule interviews across multiple time zones, ensuring a smooth and positive experience for candidates and interviewers Maintain and update our Applicant Tracking System (ATS) with accuracy and attention to detail Support job postings, candidates communications, and feedback collection Partner with recruiters and hiring managers to improve and streamline hiring processes General People Operations Support Assist with ad hoc projects across the People team Help maintain internal documentation and process guides Responsible for adherence to the Capital Rx Code of Conduct including reporting of noncompliance Required Qualifications: 1-3 years of experience in recruitment coordination Strong organizational and time management skills Excellent written and verbal communication High attention to detail and ability to multitask Comfortable working in a hybrid environment and supporting a distributed team Experience with ATS platforms (e.g. Greenhouse) is a plus Passion for people, culture and creating great experiences Salary Range $25—$30 USD All employees are responsible for adherence to the Capital Rx Code of Conduct including the reporting of non-compliance.
