Mission of the Role: We are seeking a detail-oriented and motivated Accounts Receivable Analyst to join our finance team. This role is crucial for ensuring the company's financial health by managing timely collections, maintaining accurate records, and providing excellent service to our customers. This position is ideal for a proactive individual looking to contribute to a key financial process within a dynamic and growing organization. What You'll Do • Perform daily cash posting and maintain accurate customer data in Workday • Resolve customer queries in a timely and professional manner via ServiceNow • Raise and manage change cases in Salesforce to notify relevant departments of customer or invoice updates • Chase customers for purchase orders and outstanding payments, recording follow-ups and outcomes in the Anaplan AR model • Upload invoices to customer portals and support invoice corrections when required • Assist with weekly and monthly Accounts Receivable reporting • Provide support during internal and external audits What You'll Bring • Previous experience in Accounts Receivable, Credit Control, or a similar finance role • Strong attention to detail with a high level of accuracy • Customer-focused mindset with good communication skills • Comfortable working with multiple finance systems and collaborating with stakeholders • Ability to manage priorities and meet deadlines Our Commitment to Diversity, Equity, Inclusion and Belonging (DEIB) We believe attracting and retaining the best talent and fostering an inclusive culture strengthens our business.
