This is an individual contributor role that partners closely with Customer Success, Partnerships, and RevOps Leadership to deliver actionable insights that drive retention, expansion, and revenue growth. About the role: Location: Remote-first (United States; BC & ON, Canada) Full-time Permanent Exempt The cash compensation for this role is tailored to align with the cost of labor in different geographic markets. We've structured the base pay ranges for this role into zones for our geographic markets, and the specific base pay within the range will be determined by the candidate’s geographic location, job-related experience, knowledge, qualifications, and skills. United States (all figures cited below are in USD and pertain to workers in the United States) Zone A: $119,000 - $140,000 Zone B: $113,000 - $133,000 Zone C: $107,000 - $126,000 Canada (figures cited below are in CAD and pertain to workers in ON & BC, Canada) $134,000 -$158,000 This role is also eligible to participate in Webflow's company-wide bonus program. Application Information: Application deadline: applications accepted on an ongoing basis until position is closed and filled This posting is for a new position Reporting to the Director, Revenue Operations As a Revenue Analytics Manager, you’ll … Own Customer Success and Partner analytics that drive retention, expansion, forecasting, and long term customer value Partner with Customer Success and Partners Leadership to deliver actionable insights, dashboards, and reporting that support account planning and prioritization Leverage AI tooling to speed up analysis, surface patterns across large datasets, and reduce time-to-insight for revenue stakeholders Help define where AI augments our workflows, from dashboard development to proactive risk and expansion signaling Collaborate with Product and Data teams to connect product usage signals with customer outcomes and GTM motions Own the development of customer health and expansion analytics, using product and GTM data to surface expansion opportunities and risk across existing accounts Own partnerships performance analytics and work alongside Partners Leadership to optimize sourced, influenced, and co sell motions Ensure data accuracy and consistency across Salesforce, Snowflake, and product analytics systems, maintaining a high bar for trust and usability Translate complex data into clear, compelling insights and recommendations for non-technical stakeholders Support ad hoc analytics requests across Customer Success, Partnerships, and broader GTM initiatives About you: Requirements: 5-7 years of experience in customer analytics, product analytics, or GTM analytics within a B2B SaaS environment Bachelor’s degree in Analytics, Business, Economics, Computer Science, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience Strong SQL skills and experience working with data warehouses such as Snowflake Experience building dashboards and reporting in Tableau or comparable BI tools Solid understanding of post sales GTM motions including customer success, renewals, expansion, and partnerships Experience working with Salesforce and customer account data Ability to translate data into clear, actionable insights for both individual contributors and leadership You’ll thrive as a Revenue Analytics Manager if you: Enjoy deep analytical work and owning problems end to end as an individual contributor Have a strong point of view on data design and visualization, and hold a high bar for clarity, consistency, and craft Are comfortable partnering cross functionally with Partners, Customer Success, RevOps and Data teams Care deeply about data quality, usability, and trust Have strong business intuition around customer behavior and product adoption Are curious about how product signals translate into revenue and retention outcomes Balance structured analysis with responsiveness to evolving business needs Stay curious and open to growth — actively building fluency in emerging technologies like AI to unlock creativity, accelerate progress, and amplify impact.
