Responsibilities:
Process daily client payment transactions (funds in/out) accurately and within established timeframes, ensuring adherence to company procedures and service levels.
Coordinate with internal teams (AML, Compliance, Customer Support, Sales, Accounting and Reconciliation) to support all payment and back-office related tasks.
Communicate effectively with the company’s banks and payment providers to resolve payment or reconciliation issues.
Monitor payment activity to ensure accuracy, detect irregularities, and escalate any unusual transactions when required.
Perform additional duties as needed to support team objectives and overall business operations.
Requirements:
Professional working experience in a financial institution e.g. Banking sector and Fintech is a plus.
Business level proficiency in English (equivalent to B2 or above in CEFR).
Experience in payment department (at least 1 year).
Attention to detail and ability to multitask.
Ability to work a flexible shift schedule.
Ability to work in a team in a very dynamic environment.
