今回募集するポジション
ヨーロッパで最も成長スピードが速いテクノロジー企業のひとつであるDeepLは、Uber、Twitter、Instagram、Zendeskなどを支援してきた機関投資家のバックアップを受け、急成長を続けています。
今回は、日本市場での新規顧客開拓と既存顧客の利用拡大を推進するAccount Executive(ミッドマーケット担当)を募集します。担当セグメントは従業員規模500〜5,000名の企業が中心です。単純な案件処理にとどまらず、自ら積極的にパイプラインを構築し、エンタープライズ営業に近いスキルセットで大型案件も推進できる方を求めています。コンサルティブな営業スタイルを活かし、迅速なクローズから戦略的な大型案件まで、幅広い案件規模に対応していただきます。
主な業務内容
- 自らのパイプライン構築:既存のインバウンドリードに依存せず、ターゲット企業への積極的なアウトリーチにより新規商談を創出
- 既存顧客へのアカウントプランを策定し、ランド&エクスパンドのモーションでアップセル・クロスセル機会を拡大
- 月次の活動件数・パイプライン・売上目標の達成
- DeepLの製品・サービスとお客様のニーズを短期間で理解し、迅速な課題解決を実行
- インバウンドで寄せられる見込み顧客や既存顧客からの問い合わせ対応
- 高い案件数を同時に管理し、商談の立ち上げから契約締結までをリード
- 担当顧客との長期的な関係構築・維持、および案件の予測・管理(ユースケース・購入時期・ネクストステップ等)
求める人物像・経験
- ソフトウェアまたはSaaS業界でのフルサイクル営業経験4年以上
- 大型・複雑な商談の経験、またはエンタープライズ営業に近いスキルセットをお持ちの方(エンタープライズ営業のスキルをさらに高めたい方も歓迎)
- 自ら能動的にパイプラインを創出できるハンターマインド
- 変化のある環境でも与えられた状況の中で成果を出せる柔軟性と主体性
- 優れた営業管理能力・プレゼンテーション能力・コミュニケーション能力(口頭・書面)
- 日本語ネイティブレベル、英語ビジネスレベル以上
- チームワークを重視し、仲間をサポートできる方
MEET THE TEAM BEHIND THIS JOURNEY
We’re looking for an entrepreneurial salesperson to drive new and expansion sales at one of Europe’s fastest growing technology companies backed by top investors who helped scale Uber, Twitter, Instagram, and Zendesk. We’re looking for a motivated self-starter who has a consultative sales approach, provides an outstanding customer experience and offers polished presentation skills. You'll be joining a new and growing team, and managing an international inbound pipeline of sales opportunities across a large prospect and customer base.
YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES
- Meet and exceed monthly activity, pipeline, and revenue goals
- Quickly gain a strong understanding of DeepL’s products and customer needs in order to troubleshoot and rapidly resolve inquiries
- Respond to a large volume of inbound prospects and customers, and manage a high volume of opportunities through the entire sales cycle (qualification to close)
- Build a pipeline of new business, and pursue upselling and cross-selling opportunities
- Develop and maintain relationships with accounts in your book of business
- Forecast and track all opportunity and customer details including use cases, purchase timeframes, and next steps
- Be part of the growth in our Japanese market
QUALITIES WE LOOK FOR
- 4+ years of full-cycle sales experience (software/SaaS experience preferred)
- Exceptional organisational, presentation, and communication skills (both verbal and written)
- Ability to thrive in a start-up environment - you move quickly, think strategically and are superb at tactical execution
- Fluency in Japanese, and advanced level ability in English
- Team player – supportive of colleagues
