About the Role
We are looking for an Application Administrator to join our team. Application Administrator is a key role in the Enterprise Applications team under the Corporate Technology umbrella. In this role, you will work closely with team members across functions to optimize and enhance key SaaS applications. You will collaborate with business and IT stakeholders to deliver robust solutions, streamline processes, and enable automation that supports our ongoing digital transformation. Your responsibilities will include configuring and maintaining SaaS platforms, ensuring security and compliance, and driving continuous improvement in our application management practices.
This position calls for strong technical skills, a commitment to cross-functional teamwork, and the ability to translate business needs into scalable system solutions.
What You’ll Do
Serve as the subject matter expert (SME) for assigned SaaS applications and integrations
Manage application lifecycle, including provisioning, configuration, maintenance, and decommissioning
Design and implement automation for user management, reporting, and data synchronization
Ensure compliance with internal security, access management, and audit standards
Troubleshoot and resolve complex incidents escalated from Administrators 1–2 levels
Document system configurations, workflows, and technical procedures
Partner with Security and IT teams to enhance SSO, MFA, and data protection measures
What You’ll Bring
At least 3+ years of experience in SaaS application administration or enterprise IT systems management
Minimum 2 years of hands‑on experience in Tier 2 (L2) technical support within an enterprise environment
Degree in computer science, information systems, or relevant field
In-depth knowledge of SaaS and cloud platforms (Microsoft 365, Atlassian suite, ServiceNow, Zoom, Slack, etc.)
Experience with SSO/MFA integration (Okta, Azure AD, or similar identity providers)
Proficiency in automation and scripting (PowerShell, Python, or API-based workflows)
Experience working with ticketing systems like ServiceNow or Jira, and familiarity with ITSM best practices, including the ITIL framework
English proficiency sufficient to communicate with international teams
Bonus Skills
Experience integrating SaaS tools with enterprise systems, such as CRM or IAM platforms
Understanding of data security, compliance, and access governance principles
Familiarity with AI-powered productivity and automation tools, including Microsoft Copilot, ChatGPT, or similar solutions
