As a Game Production Intern (Contract), you’ll report to the team's Senior Manager, Game Production and support the day-to-day operations of the League of Legends production team in Singapore. You’ll work closely with producers and cross-functional partners to help keep our content production pipeline running smoothly.
This role is hands-on and execution-focused. You’ll help facilitate team rituals, support vendor coordination, and take on a variety of production tasks that enable the team to deliver high-quality player experiences.
Please note that Riot Games does not offer relocation packages for this position. You need to be able to work legally in Singapore, without Riot Games’ sponsorship, to be considered.
Responsibilities:
Production & Team Support
Partner with producers on day-to-day coordination to keep workstreams organized and moving forward
Support team rituals such as creative reviews, milestone planning, and other meetings across the content production pipeline
Coordinate playtest planning and execution, including scheduling, setup, and follow-ups
Assist with communication and coordination with external vendors
Operations & Tools
Maintain and update production tools and trackers (e.g. Jira, Airtable, Google Sheets)
Contribute to documentation and help build internal knowledge hubs
Support general production tasks and handle day-to-day coordination needs as they arise
Team Support
Support planning and execution of team activities and events (e.g. team events, offsites, swag coordination)
Assist with event planning and logistics for team initiatives
Required Qualifications:
Currently enrolled in a college, university, or non-degree program
Graduating during the 2027 calendar year
Available to work full-time for the 9 month to 12 month internship
Authorized to work in your country of residence
Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
Clear communication and a proactive, can-do attitude
Ability to adapt in a fast-paced, evolving environment
Passion for League of Legends and game development
Desired Qualifications:
Familiarity with production or project management tools (e.g. Jira, Airtable, Notion, Google Sheets)
Experience working in team-based environments (academic, extracurricular, or personal projects)
Interest in game production, operations, or live service development
