You will generally support the Luxembourg Compliance function in executing advisory activities, maintaining compliance records and assisting with regulatory reporting and governance processes.

Role Responsibilities
1. Maintain compliance trackers and documentation.
2. Support preparation of compliance reports.
3. Assist with regulatory requests
4. Support policy and procedure maintenance.
5. Business advice & regulatory change
1. Tracking & Documentation
Maintain compliance trackers, logs, and documentation repositories.
Follow-up on investment restrictions alerts and work closely with internal control teams as well as external stakeholders to resolve them.
Assist in monitoring and completing compliance actions.
2. Reporting Support
Prepare internal Compliance reports and dashboards.
Support data collection for boards and committees reporting.
Prepare and coordinate filings with the CBI and CSSF, incl. SAQs, surveys.
Prepare and maintain minutes for the monthly Compliance meetings.
3. Regulatory Support
Support regulatory inquiries, inspections, and data collection.
Maintain regulatory calendars and submission logs.
4. Policies & Procedures
Support the implementation and maintenance of internal compliance policies and procedures.
Assist in developing and monitoring training for the staff.
Support a strong compliance culture across the organisation and assist colleagues in identifying and addressing control weaknesses.
5. Business advice & regulatory change
Keep up-to-date with changes in laws and regulations impacting the activities of the Company.
Assist with regulatory implementation.
Advising the business on compliance and regulatory matters.
To be successful in this role you will have...
Proven, demonstrable experience in a similar role
Knowledge in Luxembourg asset management regulation and compliance.
Strong attention to detail and organisational skills.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
Ability to work collaboratively and contribute positively to team environment and communicate in a clear, structured and effective manner
Willingness to learn and adapt to evolving compliance requirements
If you also had this, it would be great…
Experience with investment restrictions management, including asset-eligibility considered an advantage
Prior experience with Irish‑domiciled UCITS structures and ETF operating model considered an advantage
Fluent English; French or Dutch an advantage.
