Position Summary
You will lead the Customer and Stakeholder Data Innovation & Solutions work to turn data into trusted answers for commercial and medical teams. You will partner with stakeholders across the UK and global teams to define problems, deliver simple data products, and support adoption. Responsibilities
This role will provide YOU the opportunity to lead key activities to progress YOUR career. These responsibilities include some of the following:
- Lead end-to-end delivery of data products, dashboards and reports for customer and stakeholder needs.
- Translate business problems into clear data requirements and measurable success criteria.
- Ensure data quality, documentation and governance for reliable insights and reuse.
- Coach and grow a small team of data engineers, analysts and product owners.
- Manage relationships with internal stakeholders and external vendors to deliver outcomes.
- Drive continuous improvement of tools, processes and user adoption.

Basic Qualification
We are seeking professionals with the following required skills and qualifications to help us achieve our goals:
- Bachelor’s degree in data science, statistics, computer science, business analytics, or equivalent experience.
- At least five years’ experience delivering analytics, dashboards or data products to business users.
- Practical skills in SQL and one scripting language such as Python or R.
- Experience with visualisation tools such as Power BI or Tableau.
- Understanding of data engineering concepts, ETL and data modelling.
- Strong stakeholder management and clear communication skills.
Preferred Qualification
If you have the following characteristics, it would be a plus:
- Experience in life sciences, healthcare or regulated industries supporting commercial or medical teams.
- Experience with cloud data platforms such as Azure, AWS or Google Cloud.
- Experience in data governance, data quality frameworks or metadata management.
- Familiarity with machine learning or advanced analytics methods.
- Experience managing teams or coaching junior colleagues.
- Experience working with customer relationship or commercial data platforms.
