The system lead manages systems and provides input for the CS Integral Operations plan.
Own the overall preparation of the assigned systems.
with sustain technical background and EUV system knowledge - support problem solving and escalation.
Host the communication. Making decision
Role and responsibilities
Responsible for the performance (AVL, Productivity, Cost) of multiple EUV systems
Performance issue intake, communication for solutions, follow up, and prepare postmortem. (teams/mail/phone discussion, after care, follow up… etc)
Management of all “pending items” = backlog actions per machine
Prioritize backlog action of machine.
Issue coordination / Escalation management for USD2SD/XLD.
Report SD/XLD system status and progress/help request.
USD2SD, SD, XLD preparation, include dynamic plan change.
System PM preparation and management.
System KPI/administration management. (Reconciliation, BIBO confirmation, Engineering stock, Quality intake support…etc)
OSO management (Open SO, Monitor SO, Update SO, Close SO), Secure Closure quality (Pending labor / Material)
Align with EF system owner and UIR PL on which maintenance actions are required right after system installation SAT, Upgrade, CCB.
Education and experience
Bachelor / Master degree of engineering
At least 5+ years of proven experience in semi-conductor
Good communication skills (English needed) with internal/external customers.
