As Customer Marketing Specialist for our Brain for our Neuromodulation business, you will be responsible for building and executing the value proposition for our target customer audience, from developing insights to designing the end-to-end customer experience. If you are passionate for this then the International Neuromodulation Customer Marketing team may be the place for you. For this position you will be in charge of Iberia, and you will be expected to be located in Spain.
Responsibilities may include the following and other duties may be assigned:
Support field activities, including customer dinners and presentations, or any other targeted support requests
Develop strategy for local events, including conferences, trade shows, conventions, and physician events and/or programs (including sponsored and non-sponsored customer events)
Localize marketing programs (including product launches) through partnerships with local stakeholders (e.g., sales, health economics, etc.)
Analyse voice-of-customer data, monitor customer loyalty, drive new engagement opportunities, and identify and support customer advocates
Assist in the quarterly plan of action (QPOA) and customer targeting
Ensure the field and inside sales team are well equipped to execute marketing tactics
Manage competitive intelligence by monitoring the competitive landscape and communicate current and anticipated future competitive activities to the organization
Required Knowledge and Experience:
Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Marketing, Product Marketing or Business, or a related field, with relevant years of experience
Ability to develop and expand relationships with key physicians, and Medtronic personnel in order to achieve business objectives
Sales orientation or exposure to working with direct sales organizations
Fluent in English and Spanish, both speaking and writing, Portuguese will be a plus
Strong project management skills, organized and detailed oriented; know how to manage multiple priorities and projects with short timelines
Good verbal and written communication skills
Willingness to travel within your region (25%+)
Track record of driving results in marketing capacity by exceeding results, demonstrated achievement of business and marketing goals and strong discipline in execution will be a plus.
