About the Job:
As a Data Capture Quality Specialist, you will serve as a frontline expert focused on enhancing the customer experience through effective use of Zone’s solutions. You will work directly with customers to optimize how their data interacts with our products, whether by adjusting system configurations or guiding them toward best-practice usage tailored to their specific data environment.
This role is critical in delivering exceptional operational service during every customer interaction. You will ensure all support is provided professionally, proactively, and within agreed service levels, minimizing business impact for the client.
What You'll Do:
Handle incoming technical support incidents, service requests, and system changes
Manage your personal and team ticket queue, ensuring timely resolution
Maintain ongoing, clear communication with customers throughout the lifecycle of each ticket
Provide regular status updates to clients, whether the incident is assigned to you or a colleague
Recognize when escalation is required and collaborate with Backline Support or other teams for swift resolution
Work effectively within NetSuite and Zendesk, keeping tickets fully updated in real time
Adjust product configurations and guide customers toward optimal product usage based on their data
What You'll Need:
2+ years of experience in a technical support, helpdesk, ERP support, or customer-facing support role
Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Business, or a related field (or equivalent work experience)
Experience with NetSuite or another ERP system (preferred)
Proficiency in English and at least one additional language required
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Friendly, confident, and professional manner
Strong customer service orientation with a proactive mindset
Strong attention to detail with well-developed problem-solving skills
Effective time management and prioritization abilities
Self-motivated with the ability to work independently and collaboratively
Eagerness to learn new skills and invest in personal development
