Primary/Business Responsibilities:
Navigation through and usage of Freight Audit web platform and supporting tools;
Registering invoices and credit notes in the Freight Audit web platform;
Downloading of invoice data from external database systems;
Collaboration with other operational teams to resolve job-related issues;
Ensure all tasks are handled in compliance with GDPR requirements;
Timely escalate to Team Lead in case the final product of the team cannot be delivered in time.
Guarantee timely updates of the working documentation according to the business requirements;
Optimization and continuous improvement of business processes in close cooperation with the Delivery Expert.
Effective communication organization:
Communicate with other teams via JIRA platform in terms of job requirements;
Communicate with external parties (Clients, Carriers) via Freight Audit web-platforms (Issue Resolution, Help Center).
Qualifications:
Education:
Bachelor or Master Degree with a major in Auditing/ Logistics / International Economic relations/ Banking and Finance;
Core Hard Skills:
Intermediate level of English;
Excellent business correspondence;
Google products & services proficiency,
MS Office proficiency will be a plus.
JIRA knowledge will be a plus.
