Experience collaborating with engineers and working within technical constraints. Strong visual design skills, including layout, typography, color, composition, and hierarchy. Experience creating or maintaining icon libraries, or a strong interest in developing iconography skills. Familiarity with accessibility and inclusive design principles. Strong Figma skills, including components, variables, styles, libraries, and prototyping. Clear communication and strong collaboration skills. High attention to detail and a willingness to ask questions, incorporate feedback, and improve the work. Ability to manage multiple priorities while maintaining quality and meeting deadlines. Nice to have: Experience working on financial services, fintech, technology, or other highly regulated websites. Experience supporting large-scale marketing websites with many products, pages, and content types. Familiarity with HTML, CSS, responsive behavior, and front-end development constraints. Experience with motion, interaction design, or micro-interactions. Experience working within a brand redesign or evolving visual identity.
