WHAT YOU'LL DO The successful candidate will lead a team of Account Executives, with responsibility for Enterprise accounts in the Insurance vertical. You will directly manage a team up to 8 field sales professionals and you will build and own the long-term strategy for your region. You will also be focused on mentoring your extended team of Inside Sales professionals and Solutions Engineers and will need to work closely with your peers in Systems Engineering, Consulting and Field Marketing leadership. Executive presence, strategic thinking and the ability to inspire your team (both direct reports and extended team members) to achieve optimal performance are all critical to success in this role. WHO YOU ARE We are an AI-first company. This means you approach your work with a growth mindset and find ways to leverage AI to help make faster, smarter decisions that will 10X your impact at Box. 8+ years of solution sales experience selling to large, complex enterprise organizations, ideally within the insurance vertical 5+ years managing and leading a successful field sales team Prior success in ECM, Cloud, or SaaS sales management Proven successful track record of exceeding quotas Box lives its values, with community and in-person collaboration being a core part of our culture. Boxers are expected to work from their assigned office a minimum of 3 days per week. This is a field sales role with travel requirements up to 50%.
