Responsibilities: Define annual and quarterly growth targets and budgets across teams. Build the operating rhythm for growth (forecasting, target-setting, monthly/quarterly reviews) and keep a single source of truth for performance. Own strategic initiatives end-to-end: From problem framing and business case, through experimentation and go-to-market, to post-launch scale. Translate analysis into clear processes, playbooks, and systems that improve efficiency and impact. Partner closely with Product Marketing, Product, Finance, and Analytics to align priorities, resources, and timelines. Run scenario planning, ROI modeling, and portfolio trade-offs to unlock growth while improving unit economics. Lead through influence across teams; coach collaborators on planning, measurement, and experimentation best practices. Qualifications: 4 - 6+ years in an analytical, strategy, or operations role (e.g., management consulting, strategy/growth at a start-up or scale-up). Consumer growth experience (subscription, marketplace, or edtech preferred). Comfortable with long-term planning, and adapting to changing business conditions. Proven ability to convert strategy into plans that drive measurable growth (e.g., acquisition, retention, LTV/CAC). Strong planning, stakeholder management, and end-to-end ownership of complex, cross-functional initiatives. Excellent quantitative skills; fluency with metrics, experimentation, forecasting, and decision frameworks.
