How you’ll make an impact
1. You will develop and implement daily maintenance, inspection, and upkeep plans for equipment and facilities to ensure their safe and efficient operation, also supervise the timely troubleshooting, maintenance, and upgrading of equipment failures, reduce downtime, and ensure production or operational continuity, and also will be managing the normal operation of infrastructure such as power systems, fire protection systems, water supply and drainage.
2. You will establish and maintain an enterprise metrology management system to ensure compliance with national metrology regulations (such as the Metrology Law) and international standards (such as ISO 10012, ISO/IEC 17025), also develop a periodic verification/calibration plan for measuring instruments, supervise its implementation, and ensure that the ledger is complete and traceable.
3. You will be responsible for the selection, acceptance, filing, periodic calibration, maintenance, and scrapping management of measuring instruments (such as sensors, instruments, testing equipment, etc.) throughout the company and coordinate with external third-party organizations (such as metrology institutes) to complete mandatory calibration and manage internal calibration laboratories (if any).
4. You will lead the equipment maintenance team, assign work tasks, train technical personnel, and improve team skills and coordinate internal and external resources (such as outsourcing service providers and suppliers) to ensure timely completion of maintenance and renovation projects.
5. You will prepare annual budgets for equipment maintenance and facility management, and control maintenance, consumables, and energy costs, also evaluate equipment procurement, renewal, or scrapping plans to optimize full lifecycle costs and ensure that all equipment operations comply with national/industry safety standards (such as ISO, OSHA, environmental regulations, etc.) and develop emergency plans, organize safety drills, and handle sudden equipment failures or facility accidents.
6. You will establish equipment ledger, maintenance records, and spare parts inventory list to achieve digital management and promote the informatization of equipment management (such as CMMS system), enhance data transparency and decision-making efficiency.
7. You will analyze equipment operation data and propose energy efficiency optimization, automation transformation, or technological upgrade solutions and promote lean management (such as TPM full staff production maintenance), reduce equipment failure rates, and improve utilization.
8. You will be responsible to ensure compliance with applicable external and internal regulations, procedures, and guidelines.

Your background
1. You hold a bachelor's degree or above, majoring in mechanical engineering, electrical engineering, automation, facility management, or related fields.
2. Required with more than 5 years of equipment management or facility operation and maintenance experience, and more than 3 years of team management experience; Manufacturing experience is preferred.
3. Familiar with the principles and maintenance processes of PLC, HVAC, strong and weak current equipment systems.
4. Proficient in operating AutoCAD, CMMS, or EAM systems and possessing basic project management skills (PMP/PRINCE2 certification bonus points).
5. Knowledge of ISO 55000 asset management system or TPM concept is preferred.
6. Excellent communication and coordination skills, able to efficiently connect with multiple departments such as production, safety, and procurement.
7. Strong resistance to pressure, with the ability to quickly respond to emergencies and solve problems.
