Job description
Job Summary**
The EMEA Field Marketing Specialist at Hitachi, Ltd. will be responsible for supporting the planning, execution, and optimization of marketing programs across Europe, the Middle East, and Africa to drive demand generation, increase brand awareness, and support regional sales objectives. This role requires a blend of strategic thinking and hands-on execution.
Job Responsibilities**
* Assist in the development and implementation of integrated marketing campaigns (digital, events, content, PR) tailored to specific EMEA markets and target audiences.
* Support the localization and adaptation of global marketing materials, including collateral, website content, presentations, and email campaigns.
* Coordinate and execute regional marketing events, trade shows, webinars, and seminars, including logistics, vendor management, and post-event analysis.
* Track and report on marketing campaign performance, providing insights and recommendations for optimization to achieve KPIs.
* Collaborate closely with the EMEA sales team to ensure marketing efforts align with sales goals and support pipeline generation.
* Manage relationships with external agencies and vendors to ensure timely and high-quality delivery of marketing initiatives.
* Conduct market research and competitor analysis to identify new opportunities and inform marketing strategies.
* Maintain and update marketing automation platforms (e.g., Salesforce Marketing Cloud, HubSpot) and CRM systems.
Job Qualifications**
* Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.
* 2+ years of experience in field marketing, demand generation, or a similar marketing role, preferably within a B2B technology company.
* Demonstrated experience in planning and executing integrated marketing campaigns across multiple channels.
* Proficiency in marketing automation platforms (e.g., Salesforce Marketing Cloud, HubSpot, Marketo) and CRM systems (e.g., Salesforce).
* Strong project management skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines.
* Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English; additional European language proficiency (e.g., German, French, Spanish) is a significant advantage.
* Proven ability to work collaboratively with sales teams and other cross-functional departments.
* Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and generate actionable insights.
* Willingness to travel periodically within the EMEA region.
