PLEASE SUBMIT RESUME IN ENGLISH The Communication Services team is responsible for the reliability and performance of Franklin Templeton’s global Data and Voice infrastructure. Working as part of a distributed, international team, this group partners closely with Technology, Engineering, and vendors to support offices and employees worldwide. Joining this team offers exposure to a large-scale global environment, modern network technologies, and opportunities to grow leadership and vendor management capabilities. HOW YOU WILL ADD VALUE You will have oversight of our outsourced vendor, ensuring quality service delivery and the use of SLA/KPI management. You will partner with Technology teams to support global data and voice environments. You will manage network infrastructure using established operational standards. You will define and improve operational processes and service standards. You will oversee vendors and manage service level agreements and key performance indicators. You will monitor infrastructure performance and address service issues proactively. You will lead incident resolution and participate in major incident management. You will identify automation opportunities and support production implementation. WHAT WILL HELP YOU BE SUCCESSFUL IN THIS ROLE Experience 5+ years supporting network solutions in distributed in medium to large enterprise environments. Experience with switching architectures using Cisco Nexus OS and Catalyst IOS Experience with Cisco SDWAN, routers, ASA, and wireless technologies Experience with routing protocols and load balancers Ability to diagnose production issues and work with vendors. Basic knowledge of Voice Infrastructure is a plus. Additional Qualifications Excellent documentation and diagramming skills. Ability to liaison with business customers, development teams, and vendors Understanding of ITIL framework. Skills & Abilities Strong written and verbal English communication skills ESSENTIAL. Ability to interact with and lead team members in a local, international, and multi-site environment. Strong organizational and time management skills. Ability to manage multiple priorities in a global environment. Ability to work independently and escalate appropriately.
