Purpose Lead development and delivery of Synapse APIs, ensuring architecture, engineering quality, scalability, security, and operational excellence. Key Responsibilities Own end-to-end delivery of API services. Lead development squads and technical decision-making. Ensure compliance with coding standards, security controls, and engineering practices. Drive solution review, code review, and design governance. Mentor engineers and promote engineering best practices. Oversee production readiness and deployment approvals. Collaborate with Architecture, DevOps, Security, and Testing teams. Manage technical risks and dependencies. Support critical production incidents and major releases.
