Enterprise Account Manager

Wrike is the most powerful work management platform. Built for teams and organizations looking to collaborate, create, and exceed every day, Wrike brings everyone and all work into a single place to remove complexity, increase productivity, and free people up to focus on their most purposeful work. Wrike is our people, not a place. As a distributed team, we own our growth, stay globally connected, and rely on the product we build to deliver impactful work alongside brilliant minds. You'll have real ownership over meaningful work, a global team that has your back, and the flexibility to do your best work your way. If that sounds like you, we'd love to hear from you. Our vision: A world where everyone is free to focus on their most purposeful work, together. About the Role: You'll own your outcomes, from the strategies you run to the conversations that shape what we build next. As a high-performing sales professional capable of driving double-digit growth, you will join a dynamic APAC sales team reporting to the Sales Leadership team. This role combines the thrill of landing Net New Mid-Market and Enterprise accounts with the strategy of expanding high-potential existing customers (>200 employees). You will work closely with the broader Account Team to hit and exceed defined booking targets. Whether you are generating fresh opportunities from scratch or identifying new use cases within current accounts, you are responsible for the full sales cycle—combining proactive outbound prospecting, solution selling, and deep customer alignment. Your Impact: Driving Dual-Growth: Owning both Net New customer acquisition and Expansion within a designated Mid-Market / Enterprise territory (>200 employees). Managing the Full Sales Cycle: Lead-to-close ownership, including strategic prospecting, discovery, multi-stakeholder demonstrations, commercial negotiations, and contract execution. Proactive Outbound Prospecting: Executing targeted outbound account-based strategies to land key new logos and uncover new business units within existing accounts. Solution-First Selling: Uncovering complex operational challenges across teams and mapping Wrike's platform to deliver measurable enterprise ROI. Pipeline Management & Tech Stack Mastery: Leveraging Salesforce, LinkedIn Sales Navigator, ZoomInfo, and Demandbase for territory planning, target account engagement, and accurate forecasting. Cross-Functional Collaboration: Partnering with Customer Success, Pre-Sales Solutions Engineers, and Marketing to ensure seamless onboarding and account retention. Your Qualifications: 5+ years of successful B2B Tech/SaaS sales experience in the Mid-Market or Enterprise segment, with a track record of double-digit growth and quota attainment. Blended Sales Expertise: Proven ability to drive both Net New logo acquisition (hunting) and existing account expansion (farming). Outbound Mastery: Strong experience conducting strategic, account-based outbound prospecting into VP- and C-level decision-makers. Complex Deal Lifecycle Experience: Capability to navigate multi-stakeholder enterprise buying cycles, procurement, and legal processes. Value-Based Selling Approach: Demonstrated success using consultative frameworks (e.g., MEDDPICC, Challenger) to articulate ROI and solve complex business problems. Standout Qualities: Experience prioritizing strategic target accounts using intent data (Demandbase) to convert high-value mid-market and enterprise inquiries into complex deals. Prior experience in Collaborative Work Management (CWM), project management software, or enterprise productivity solutions. Benefits & Perks: Health Insurance (Employees + Dependents) Employee Assistance Program (EAP) Parental Leave: 18 Weeks Maternity / 4 Week Paternity 2 Volunteer Days Health Insurance (Employees + Dependents) Life & Income Protection Insurance Superannuation Plan Your recruitment buddy will be Tripti Sachan, Senior Recruiter. #LI-TS1 Who Is Wrike and Our Culture We’re a team of innovators and creators who solve the complex work problems of today and tomorrow.
