The Boeing India Engineering and Technology Center (BIETC) is looking for a highly-motivated Entry Level Mechanical Systems Design & Analysis Engineer and Entry Level Systems Safety Engineer. This position is located at Bangalore, Karnataka. A successful candidate will understand the importance of collaboration as these positions will focus on working directly with the Engineering Manager to deliver Engineering statements of work to meet the organizational goals.
Job Description
Entry Level Mechanical & Structural Design Analysis Engineer
Position Responsibilities:
Executing projects independently with minimum supervision
Collaborating & communicating with cross functional teams and all stakeholders
Work collaboratively with guidance and mentoring from team during project execution
Positive attitude and highest ethics.
Proactively seek information and direction to successfully complete the statement of work.
Must be able to work collaboratively with cross-functional team. Must be willing to work flexible hours (early or late as needed) to interface with Boeing personnel around the world.
Demonstrate strong written, oral and interpersonal communication skills.
Be fluent in written and spoken English, and have high degree of proficiency with MS Office tools.
Must be interested in Mechanical & Structural Design & development lifecycle.
Develop, integrate and document mechanical, fluid system and thermal environment requirements.
Develop and maintain the mechanical, fluid systems, component and installation designs using 3D computer-aided engineering tools.
Provide product definition to other engineering groups, production operations, suppliers and customers throughout the product lifecycle.
Guide product design and verify structural integrity by using analytical methods, finite-element models and simulations, and other analysis tools throughout the product lifecycle
Entry Level Systems Safety Engineer
Position Responsibilities:

• Support process deployment to PDM by engaging with internal stakeholders.
Entry level Systems Engineer
Primary Responsibilities:
Develops and documents moderately complex electronic and electrical system requirements.
Designs hardware software and interface specifications.
Ability to simplify circuits and explain the underlying concepts clearly
Tests and validates to ensure system designs meet operational and functional requirements.
Solves problems concerning fielded hardware and software over the entire product life-cycle.
Knowledge on Mechanical design, electrical design, thermal dissipation, durability, dynamics, material properties, Environmental conditioning, safety, and test instrumentation.
Familiarity with standard electronic laboratory test equipment’s
Knowledge on circuit analysis of analog, digital and hybrid circuitry and reverse engineering of FPGA VHDL codes and/or PLD, EPLD, PAL
Knowledge on Software skills like Java, C, C++
Consistent academic record
Sound understanding of the Engineering Fundamentals of the respective discipline

Entry level Structural Analysis Engineer
Position Responsibilities:
You will execute the technical projects with the supervision of Technical lead engineer or Technical experts, reporting to Engineering Manager.
You will assist mechanical design and analysis of a wide range of mechanical structures, systems and other aircraft /Aerospace components.
You will take technical guidance and mentorship during project execution.
You will collaborate with team members during project execution and shall provide a periodic update on project progress, quality metrics, project summaries, and other related documents.
You will provide assistance in converting the customer requirements to project deliverables and define suitable processes to achieve the desired results/outcome.
You will assist in creating statements of work, estimates, resource plans, and schedules
You will assist management on resource requirements.
You will pro-actively seek information and assist to complete the work statements.
You will assist the experts in applying use of design automation wherever possible.
You will assist in building technical performance metrics to measure project progress and ensure compliance with requirements.
You will assist in domestic and global teams from a modern innovative and collaborative environment.
You shall assist teams in out of the box and apply problem-solving skills to find solutions appropriately.

Entry Level Systems Engineer
Position Responsibilities:
Deploy Model Based Systems Engineering (MBSE) methodology
• Provide MBSE/SysML expertise and related support to the entire systems engineering team
• Integrate models to modern requirements management, architecture, and systems engineering software
• Proficient in performing functional and logical decomposition of system and develop requirements, perform three way mapping of requirements, functions and logical elements.
• Participate in converting document-based to model-based architectures, refactoring of existing models
• Proficient in the use of multiple architecture frameworks, tools, and methodologies
• Ability to identify and implement model-based architecture and engineering methods and standards
• Coordinate with various programs to determine Model Based Systems Engineering (MBSE) Training and Tool Needs
• Demonstrate excellence in use of Systems Modeling Language (SysML) and systems modeling methods, at least one systems modeling tool: (preferred) NoMagic, Magic Draw or IBM Rational Rhapsody; others considered if applicable.
• Manage a team of systems engineers to develop and manage product line system requirements. Decompose aircraft level requirements and/or customer use cases to product line level i.e. equipment / systems software level requirements and establish tracing.
• Performs analyses for affordability, safety, reliability, maintainability, testability, human systems integration, certification, product assurance and other specialties quality factors into a preferred configuration to ensure mission success.
• Evaluates customer/operational needs to define and coordinate system performance requirements, functional requirements and non-functional requirements.
• Develops the planning, organization, implementation and monitoring of tools, risk, issues, opportunity management processes.
• Lead a local team of MBSE Engineers, provide daily direction of tasks and assignments.
• Teach/mentor MBSE team members about Boeing MBSE processes and how to use MBSE tools.
• Provide team activity report to the MBSE Manager.
• Key interface on this team include the BDS SEIT Capability MBSE team, other BDS Engineering Capabilities, Boeing Commercial Airplanes and Engineering Test and Technology
