About the Role We are looking to add an Executive Assistant to our team. This person will support our executive leadership team. They will be responsible for scheduling meetings and coordinating travel and logistics for Leadership, coordinating across key stakeholders (both internal and external), ensuring that Leadership’s time is leveraged effectively, and some light office management duties. This person is self-motivated, excited to contribute to a fast-growing AI startup, and comfortable working in-person at our headquarters, as they will be a critical part of our team. Responsibilities - Provide primary support to the CEO and CTO while collaborating cross-functionally with the team (and providing support to the rest of Leadership).  - Responsible for calendar management, including planning meetings, coordinating recurring check-ins, and communicating with multiple parties to schedule events (both internal and external facing).  - Recording office expenditure, managing the office budget, and processing invoices - Respond to inquiries and communicate on behalf of Leadership  - Organize company events and conferences including booking travel  - Other duties and projects as assigned - Additional light office management responsibilities, including ordering supplies, ordering lunch, and ensuring the office is well-maintained. Compensation $90,000 - $130,000 + Equity Applicant must be a U.S. citizen or national or U.S. lawful, permanent resident. This is a full-time, in-person position based at our New York City office.
