Als Executive Sales Account IATD (m/w/*) im Gebiet Nord-Ost Deutschland im Bereich Klebetechnik tragen Sie maßgeblich dazu bei, den Geschäftserfolg nachhaltig auszubauen. In dieser Rolle nutzen Sie Ihr technisches und vertriebliches Fachwissen, um Kundenbeziehungen strategisch weiterzuentwickeln und neue Marktpotenziale zu erschließen. Ihr Verantwortungsbereich umfasst:
Strategische Betreuung, Weiterentwicklung und fachkundige Beratung bestehender Kunden im definierten Vertriebsgebiet
Systematische Identifikation, Ansprache und Gewinnung neuer Kunden sowie proaktive Vermarktung von Produktneuheiten und Aktionen
Aufbau und kontinuierliche Pflege einer qualifizierten Opportunity-Pipeline mit profitablen, langfristig ausgerichteten Projekten
Übertragung und Skalierung erfolgreicher Referenzanwendungen auf weitere Marktsegmente und Zielkunden
Strukturierte Analyse von Markt- und Wettbewerbsdynamiken zur Ableitung von Handlungsempfehlungen und Wachstumschancen
Enge, lösungsorientierte Zusammenarbeit mit internen Partnern aus Marketing, Application Engineering und Channel Management
Das sind Ihre Kompetenzen
Die Mindestqualifikationen dieser Rolle umfassen:
Erfolgreich abgeschlossenes Bachelorstudium oder eine kaufmännische bzw. technische Berufsausbildung
Nachweisbare, professionelle Vertriebserfahrung im technischen Produktumfeld
Solide Expertise in einer verantwortungsvollen Vertriebsfunktion, idealerweise im B2B-Industrieumfeld
Hohe Reisebereitschaft innerhalb der Region Nord/Ost Deutschland
Sehr gute Deutsch- und Englischkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift
Diese weiteren Kenntnisse sind von Vorteil:
Routine im Umgang mit ERP- und CRM-Systemen; Kenntnisse in Power BI und Salesforce sind von Vorteil
Fundierte Erfahrung oder ausgeprägtes Verständnis im Bereich Klebetechnologien für unterschiedliche Marktsegmente bzw. angrenzende Produktlösungen von Vorteil
Ausgeprägte Eigeninitiative, hohe Teamorientierung, Durchhaltevermögen sowie eine klar ergebnisorientierte Arbeitsweise; zudem sehr gute kommunikative Fähigkeiten
Ausgezeichnetes unternehmerisches Denkvermögen kombiniert mit stark ausgeprägten analytischen Fähigkeiten

Dies ist eine im Außendienst ausgeübte Position mit umfangreicher Reisetätigkeit innerhalb der nordöstlichen Region Deutschlands. Idealerweise sollte derdie Kandidatin in dieser Region wohnhaft sein.
