Export Coordinator - English Speaking (Fixed-Term Contract)

MAIN PURPOSE OF THE JOB
O2C Export Coordinator is responsible for delivering end-to-end customer service for export customers of Consumer Healthcare business across countries within Consumer Healthcare perimeter globally as per respective service level agreements.
Drives operations that are critical for customers & patients and serve as a basis for products fulfilment, accurate invoicing and accounting, generating cash flow and customer satisfaction.
KEY ACCOUNTABILITIES AND ACTIVITIES
Coordinate end-to-end flows in relation to various players in supply chain (customers, markets, factories, distribution centers, freight forwarders) within assigned geographical scope
Participate in global projects, respecting deadlines, commercial agreements with partners, pharmaceutical processes and regulations
Ensure the processing and tracking of export orders from receipt to delivery to the customer (data entry, preparation, invoicing, documentation)
Optimize transport to markets in line with budget expectations and negotiated deadlines
Ensure the availability and compliance of required document
Contribute to achieving monthly revenue targets and avoid stockouts
Coordinate activity based on Market priorities
Operational Responsibilities in the Chemical Trading (API) Scope
Manage the export of active pharmaceutical ingredients (APIs) and excipients in accordance with Sanofi’s Quality standards, ICH Q7 guidelines, and Good Distribution Practices applicable to pharmaceutical raw materials
Act as the interface between clients, suppliers, freight forwarders, and transporters
Ensure adherence to procedures, regulatory requirements (both internal and external), audit standards and international regulations
Keep export procedures up to date and enforce compliance
Continuous improvement
Identify process improvement opportunities through elimination of redundant activities
Participate in process automation initiatives and ensure seamless adoption and transition
Participate in global projects as required

REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS, SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE
Language
Excellent English written and verbal
Functional Skills
Broad understanding of E2E Order to Cash processes and compliance
Customer Service mindset
At least 2-3 years’ experience in International Trade/ Transportation
Knowledge in customs and tax rules
Good business acumen
Strong problem solving, deductive and analytical skills, financial acumen
Technical
Hands-on experience of SAP (essential) in S4 Hana preferably, SAP Application
Knowledge of Microsoft Office and expertise of MS Excel (essential)
Interpersonal
Customer service mindset and diplomacy
Ability to interact with customers, internal and external stakeholders in issue resolution (essential)
