FP&A and AI Analyst – Global Personal Health
Job Description
Your role:
• Drive pricing, promotion, and commercial policy analysis within a Revenue Growth Management (RGM) context, including discounts, rebates, and incentive structures, contributing to margin management and commercial decision-making.
• Contribute to core FP&A processes, including forecasting, budgeting, month-end close, and variance analysis across a global portfolio.
• Perform P&L and Free Cash Flow analysis, supporting variance tracking and scenario analysis to enhance forecast accuracy and financial visibility.
• Develop, test, and deploy AI-enabled FP&A solutions, including automated analysis, forecasting support, variance explanation, report generation, and management insight generation.
• Embed AI tools into recurring FP&A activities to improve productivity and quality of outputs, including data analysis, insight generation, presentation drafting, scenario modeling, variance commentary, and reporting automation.
• Support the future-proofing of Global FP&A by identifying repetitive, manual, or low-value activities and converting them into scalable, automated, and AI-enabled workflows.
• Prepare and maintain financial models, reports, and dashboards using SAP, Excel, Power BI, AI tools, and automation solutions to support performance tracking and insight generation.
• Support the preparation of business performance reviews and presentations, ensuring clear, consistent, and data-driven financial storytelling.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including Commercial and Operations, to gather and validate inputs, support financial analysis, and translate business questions into actionable insights.
• Ensure accuracy and consistency of financial data across systems, supporting a reliable foundation for reporting, analysis, and AI-enabled outputs.
• Drive process improvement and automation initiatives by actively applying AI tools, copilots, and advanced analytics techniques to reduce manual work, improve forecast quality, accelerate reporting cycles, and strengthen business insights.
• Take ownership of assigned analyses and deliverables, working with a proactive and independent approach while aligning with stakeholders as needed.

You're the right fit if:
• 1-3 years of experience in Finance and/or IT, FP&A, or related analytical roles, including internships.
• Strong analytical skills, attention to detail, and ability to work with large data sets.
• Proficiency in Excel is required; experience with SAP and Power BI is strongly preferred.
• Demonstrated curiosity and practical experience using AI, automation, or analytics tools to improve finance processes, reporting, forecasting, analysis, or productivity.
• Hands-on experience with AI tools, ChatGPT/CODEX, automation solutions, or advanced analytics is expected; the role requires an AI-enabled way of working across recurring FP&A activities.
• Ability to challenge existing ways of working, identify simplification opportunities, and translate them into scalable, future-proof FP&A solutions.
• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Finance, Business Administration, Economics, or related field.
