Role Summary  Calling for all super motivated accountants with 2-5 years of experience in cabinet d'expertise comptable looking to transition to industry. You will join the finance team to help internalize accounting operations while supporting Mistral AI’s rapid growth. You will be responsible for taking over tasks from our external accountants, supporting the full accounting cycle for multiple entities (France and abroad), and ensuring compliance with tax and reporting requirements. This role is hands-on, analytical, and requires a proactive mindset to improve and automate accounting processes. What you will do • Support the accounting process (general, auxiliary, analytical) for multiple entities, including cash, real estate, income, payroll, and intercompany transactions • Transition accounting tasks from external providers to internal processes • Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual closings in a timely and accurate manner • Ensure compliance with tax and social security obligations (VAT, corporate income tax, payroll taxes, etc.) in collaboration with local advisors • Contribute to the preparation of local statutory financial statements in France and abroad • Work closely with statutory auditors and support audit processes • Optimize and automate accounting and financial workflows by improving use of tools (ERP, billing systems, TMS, etc.) About you • Degree in Accounting or Finance (DCG, DSCG, Master’s degree, or equivalent) • 2–5 years of professional experience, including at least 2 years in an accounting firm • Strong knowledge of the French accounting standards (PCG) • Bilingual in French and English (spoken and written) • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills • Highly organized, detail-oriented, and able to prioritize effectively • Proactive mindset with the ability to suggest and implement process improvements Benefits 💰 Competitive cash salary and equity 🥕 Daily lunch vouchers : Swile meal vouchers with 10,83€ per worked day, incl 60% offered by company 🥎 Sport : Enjoy discounted access to gyms and fitness studios through our Wellpass partnership 🚴 Transportation : Monthly contribution to a mobility pass via Betterway🧑‍⚕️ Health : Full health insurance for you and your family 🍼 Parental : Generous parental leave policy 🌎 Visa sponsorship 🤝 Coaching: we offer BetterUp coaching on a voluntary basis
